Y B U (no, this is NOT a typo)

Alas, this post comes with much sadness (hold back the tears Jeff) but I just can't not post a picture or two of our newest game day shirts.Yes, this is a "SCREW THE Y" tee-shirt and no, the front is not a typo either. Re-read it very carefully (YBU = why be you? for all those BYU grads reading my blog). Oh and notice Pearl's new Nike shoes? Daddy went a little crazy at the shoe store with her, bringing home two pairs of Nikes. I think someone is living out unfulfilled dreams and desires through his daughter!

Sadly, the Aggies lost to those stinkin' cougies on Saturday at the Energy Solution Arena 68-63. The game was pure Aggies, the fans were amazing as usual, the energy indescribable, and probably the best we'll see all year. I could go on and on about how humiliating this loss was, but I just can't bring myself to reminisce on seeing those ugly cougies. So I leave you with a snippet of the USU fight song with what must have been half of Cache Valley cheering (and yet where were all those supposedly loyal Y fans - nowhere! They're scared of the Aggies, just like their head coach, aka "bat boy" - refer to the
Refraction newsletter for further hilarity and laughs). OK minus the fight song - stupid Blogger won't upload it and it's way past my bedtime. Another day cougies, another day!!!

I hate loosing to the zoobies. It made me physically sick all weekend. It was like someone kicked me in the groin.

And to answer about where the zoobies were - they came dressed as empty seats.

Be careful, your friendship is on the line!

But seriously, I thought it was a great game and that both teams will have a great year. And besides, the rivalery is so weird for an out-of-stater.

We were there too, and so dissapointed! Us poor Aggies looked a bit sloppy!

At least we won in the fan department!

What a cute little family. I like seeing pictures of YOU once in a while.
