I had to put this picture of Pearl in. The day (let me correct myself, early morning) that Jeff painted, he teased the kids about painting their noses. Pearl proudly showed off her green nose all day! She really does have a cute nose, even if it's green.

Pine Needle (pictures of bathroom paint redo)
I had a hard time getting my camera settings adjusted just right to capture the new paint color in our bathroom. And, it's so tiny that it was hard to figure out where to actually take the picture. I could have used my zoom lens, but then I would have had to get out the tripod to get enough light in without moving and that was too much effort the day I decided to take these pictures. So, excuses aside, here's the new color. What do you think?
The color is Pine Needles. It's kind of a sage-gray-green color. In certain light, it kind of looks more creamy than I wanted but then again, in the dark corner where the toilet is, it's dark.
Overall I like it. I have moments where I miss our maroon wall, but this feels a lot cleaner and more soothing to me. Plus it matches both of my shower curtains better.
