It might be time to cut Cole off.
Tonight, Pearl asked her Dad how milk got in my boobs. More specifically how I "fill them up again" for Cole. Then she proceeded to tell Jeff that she was going to put milk in her boobs and they'd be "this big" as she outstretched her arms above her head.
Luckily Jeff wasn't too flustered. He told her that she couldn't have milk in her boobs until she had a baby. And that when we didn't have a baby anymore that my boobs wouldn't have milk in them either. Simple enough.
I think I'll leave all future questions for Jeff to answer.
