We spent Christmas Eve day with Jeff's family. We decorated cookies, opened presents, and then had dinner. Let's get this present-opening-show on the road!
Ty and his "naughty squash." Oh it's funny! Every year Jeff gets his nephew a butternut squash. If he's lucky, Jeff also buys him a real present. Like ammo. {I couldn't believe that me, of all people who works in violence and injury prevention and hates guns, bought ammo and alcohol for presents this year! The alcohol was for our dear neighbors. They are impossible to surprise so Jeff figured out what they drank and surprised them with their favorite wine.}
Who on earth thought giant boxing gloves was a good present for a three-year-old who can't decide if he's Superman, a Transformer, or a dog?
And if we're smacking each other with boxing gloves, why not start a full on match of WWE? I can't tell who's the bigger child... Roy or Jeff. Oh they make for some fun times!
At least the kids will all sleep well tonight!
